Store Space has agreed to pay up to $360,000.00 into a fund to pay Named Plaintiffs and Potential Opt-In Plaintiffs, general release awards for Named Plaintiffs, and all attorneys’ fees and expenses of Plaintiffs' Counsel and the expenses of the Settlement Administrator.

After deducting the Court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs, General Release Payments, and the Settlement Claims Administrator’s fees and costs, the remaining amount will be divided among current and former SMs who are covered by the settlement, based on the number of eligible weeks they worked for Store Space as SMs during the Covered Period. Settlement checks which are not cashed within 90 days of issuance will be null and void.
