A settlement has been entered to resolve an Action on behalf of current or former Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers (“SMs”) at Real Capital Leasing, LLC d/b/a Store Space Self Storage (the “Company” or “Store Space”).

On March 14, 2026, four SMs (called the “Named Plaintiffs”) filed an Action titled Knox, et al. v. Real Capital Leasing, LLC d/b/a Store Space Self Storage, No. CACE26004025 (Fla 17th Jud. Cir.) seeking approval of a settlement to resolve allegations of unpaid overtime wages for SMs. The former SMs claim they worked off-theclock and are owed overtime wages for hours over forty per workweek in which they performed work while not logged in to Store Space’s timekeeping system. The Company denies the allegations and maintains that it acted appropriately at all times concerning its SM employees in accordance with the law. The Company has entered into this settlement to avoid further disputes and litigation with the attendant inconvenience and expense. The Court has not made any ruling on the merits of Plaintiffs’ claims, and has made no determination that any party has prevailed in this action.
